ACE Life applies various premium payment methods

With the aim of providing customers with the most convenience, ACE Life has various payment methods. Customers may choose one of the following:
I. CASH PAYMENT

1. By ACE Life account representatives who directly take care of the policy.
Customers will receive a receipt as soon as the account representative receives the premium.
2. At ACE Life offices.
Customers can go to any ACE Life offices for premium payment.

3. At branches or transaction offices of Sacombank.
Customers can go to any branches/transaction offices of Sacombank which are nearest to your location for premium payment. |
4. At Post Offices nationwide 
Customers can go to any post offices nationwide offering post office savings services for premium payment.
Note: For cash payments, customers can:
- Show the premium payment notice to the transaction officer for their receiving premiums.
- Only write down the necessary information such as the policy number, the policyholder and the payment amount.
II. BANK ACCOUNT PAYMENT
Customers provide information in the payment order as follows:
- Name of the beneficiary: ACE Life
- Bank account of the beneficiary: Use one of the three below-mentioned accounts
- Account No.: 0301283016 at Citibank – HCM
- Account No.: 0301283016 at Citibank – Hanoi
- Account No.: 0071004266522 at Vietcombank – HCM
- Payment purpose:
Paying premiums for the policy No.: ………
Amount: ….…
III. PAYMENT VIA VIETNAMBANK’S ATM SYSTEM

Customers having Vietcombank credit cards (Connect 24, SG 24, Connect 24 Visa, MTV MasterCard) can go to any Vietcombank ATMs for premium payment. You choose the transaction “Premium payment” and select “ACE Life”, and implement the following steps as instructed by the machine. |
IV. AUTOMATIC PAYMENT VIA DIRECT DEBIT

Customers having bank accounts at Sacombank or Dong A Bank and who wish to save time making premium payments are encouraged to register for automatic premium payment.
Customers are only required to register at branches/ transaction offices of banks at ACE Life offices. ACE Life will ask the banks to deduct your bank account for premium payment automatically according to the amount of money and payment frequency requested by customers in the registration form. |
