Partnering in the Fight Against Breast Cancer
ACE INA has teamed up with City of Hope Cancer Center to sponsor Partners in Hope, a campaign to raise money and awareness for breast cancer initiatives. Through the Partners in Hope campaign, recently more than 800 ACE INA employees in the United States raised more than $26,000 for breast cancer research at City of Hope, one of the country’s leading cancer centers. The ACE INA Foundation matched all employee contributions, increasing the total donation to more than $52,000. ACE INA also has designated June as breast cancer awareness month and hosts several educational seminars and events for its employees.
In addition, ACE INA joined professional golfer Val Skinner and other leading companies in supporting the LIFE Event, a golf tournament benefiting the breast cancer initiatives of the Val Skinner Foundation, the Cancer Institute of New Jersey and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
American Red Cross
ACE INA is a proud supporter of the American Red Cross--Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter. Our sponsorship assists the Red Cross in its efforts to deliver much-needed services, programs and educational materials to residents in the Philadelphia area, and complements our focus on risk prevention and protection. As part of this sponsorship, ACE INA is a presenting sponsor of the annual Walk for Red Cross, one of the chapter's largest fundraising events, and each spring we encourage our employee base to participate in the walk and raise money for the Red Cross. In addition, we take part in several community outreach activities with the Red Cross throughout the year, including Red Cross Month in March.
